Groton town manager: Next year's finances will be thinner

I don't really care about his personal morality...but, it does say alot about his nature of being manipulative. I find it embarrasing that seemingly our selectmen are taken with him.

Evidently, it appears that when he says "jump" our selectmen say "how high"......

I won't vote "Yes" for anything our Selectmen
choose until they wake up.
