In late May, I switched to Comcast cable, internet and phone bundle. It has been the most frustrating month of my life.
The technician installed the internet box and left without giving me any instructions.
Trying to get help from customer service to help me set up my e-mail on Windows Live was a nightmare! I spoke with 5 people and got 5 different answers. I was hung up on,lied to and one promised to talk with her supervisor and she would call back...I never heard from her again.
I finally got some partial help from one girl, but had to figure out the rest on my own.
All the while trying to get them to send me a pin# so I could set up secutity and change my password that the Comcast tech originally gave me.
All this took over 3 weeks to get resolved.
Just wanted to warn others who have been thinking about switching to Comcast....BE PREPARED!

One more thing...Comcast cable went out tonight during the storm...No internet or phone service during ths time.
