I THINK SENATOR GRASSLEY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FIRST BEFORE ALL THESE PREACHERS. THE FACT THAT THEY ARE PREACHERS DOESNT MEAN THEY CANNOT DO BUSINESS, THESE PREACHERS ARE SETTING EXAMPLE FOR US TO FOLLOW THAT WE CAN PROSPER IF WE DO GODS WILL.
THEY VE BEEN DOING ALOT TO HELP NATIONS ALL OVER THE WORLD THAT SENATOR GRASSLEY CANNOT EVEN TOUCH. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG FOR A PREACHER MAN TO HAVE A PRIVATE JET.
SO PLEASE INVESTIGATE SENATOR GRASSLEY FIRST AND LET SEE WHAT IS UNDER THE CARPET.

I dont think that ministers need multimillion dollar homes and private jets. At the end of the day, personal payment will be rendered for "Pimping the Lord". If there are no problems with the finances, why not give up the information?

It is amazing to me that people don't complain about 50 cent, Paris Hilton, P Diddy, and the list goes on and on in reference to living in multimillion dollar homes or driving nice cars. People expect preachers of the gospel to struggle or barely have enough to get by because they serve the Lord. I am for the people of God prospering as long as they keep things in the right perspective. Every preacher who is financially blessed is not "pimping the Lord"; that is an ignorant statement made by someone who has no clear understanding of the scriptures. The bible says that he has given us the power to get wealth. Prosperity is not just one dimensional. We should prosper in our spirit, body, family, and our finances. Are there preachers who take advantage of people concerning money; of course, but not every preacher who is prospering is crooked. One bad McDonalds doesn't mean that every McDonalds is bad; but you would more than likely go to another McDonalds. I believe that the men and women of God who have been blessed by the Lord for their obedience don't owe any apologies to anyone including Senator Grassley. I am pretty certain that he has many skeletons in his closet. There is a beam in his eye that is giving him the wrong perspective of the people of God. This is a final thought that I will leave with the negative people. During the crucifixtion of Jesus, the Roman soldiers were casting lots for the seamless robe of Jesus. My guess is that robe was not ragedy or low in quality that heathen soldiers would gamble to see who would get it.

Well I really am gald that this is being done. If these people are to watch over the sheep,then the sheep should be better off. In my studies of the Shepards and the Sheep. The main concern were the sheep. The shepard was most of the time very skinny but the seep were always well fed and fat. I have a big problem with the Shepards having everything thay want and the poor sheep don't even have their basic needs met. There are to many FAT Shepards and SKINNY Sheep. Tithed their 10% NET?
Been a Financial contributor to their community at the level these Shepards do?
Raised and Provided for the Education and Upliftment of Young Folks i.e. Promised and Paid for their College Tuition, Provided them with ALL the Tools they will need for their FOUR Years i.e Computers, Books, Fee(s), etc. who are NOT of their own?
Created and Raise funds for the Families of Police Officers Killed in the line of Duty. Including but not limited to ensuring the Children of these Warriors will have the means to further education?
Provide financial Assistance to Families without? This does not include writing a one time check or pick a name from a tree once a year. I mean literally go to their home, paint, take them grocery shopping with your gas, your money, ensure the children have the clothing, school articles they need, supervise the children should the parent(s) have to work late, tutor, mentor, or any of the above?
Fed in to the TRUE "VILLAGE"?
Created a Mentor Program for Our Youth?
Initiated Programs to ensure the safety and well being of Our Elders?
Regularly go and visit with Our Elders? Run errands for them? Gone Grocery Shopping for them? Been there when they just need someone to reminisce with?

this man is a discrace to God,what would Jesus do? curtainaly no fly around in a jet,Jesus would be giving the money to the poor,like he told the rich man in the bible,if you love me give everything to the poor and follow me. Can this man do that? I would say no. What is really bad is that people are stupid for following someone like that,who use their money to buy planes with and ride around in a big expensive car and live in a redicilous hugh house,what about the people in his congration that give him money that he uses in the wrong way. You know what Jesus did to the money changers who discraced his place of worship.He said you have made this a den of theifs. I agree with you, ministers do not need multimillion dollar homes and private jets. FOR WHAT" Even Bishop Long! We can tell you many stories. A young lady walked into his church during the month of November 2000 and told him that she was in trouble and needed money to get to her four little sons. Bishop Long and his assistant pastor told her that they did not see where she was paying tithes, so therefore they could not help her and turn her away. What was that? We have proof. Would God have you to act that way. Turn a single mom away that is desperate for help for her chidren. This is the reason why so many many people are no longer affiliated with a church. Because of reasons such as this. This is so sad, This is not God.

We expect the world to rob us, but not the pastors, leaders, etc. They are pimping God. Hiding behind that collar. I believe that God has some real preachers and pastors but the question is, "Where are they?"

So what? ministers are supposed to be poor? fyi- he was homeless, but he followed God, and look at Bishop now. Maybe if you follow God, you can be a wise, smart, sucessful person too.:)
