Recently our family has moved into the area. We tried a groomer for our Malti-poo w/ a well established, long term groomer. That was a horrible mistake that our puppy paid for, as he was injured very badly by the negligence of the OWNER of the shop. Finally, after interviewing Cayly on the phone asking her pertinent ?'s, we tried her out and the results (per the grooming and her contagious, refreshing attitude), even after many visits, is so positive that we have recommended her several times and truly appreciate the level of respect that she gives to our canine family member. Our dog, Jack, prances out of her shop, feeling great and is not scared when it is time to go back. We hope that you give her a try and that your experience is as wonderful as ours.

I was told by pup scrub that my yorkie is impossible to groom. He becomes stressed out and nips whenever scissors are pulled out. The groomer suggested I try taking him to Cayly. I walked down the street after I picked up my uncut, stressed out puppy from pup scrub to Cayly's Doggy Styles. Cayly was so good to max and put him right to ease. She talked softly and lovingly to him. She was able to clean his ears, trim his face and his eyes with no problem. I am amazed by her talent with dogs. Max looks great and I would suggest to anyone taking your pups to Cayly!

Tally gave kisses to Cayly last time we saw her... this is a dog that normally trembles in terror at the word "groomer".
And my little angel always looks perfect when she gets done. Thank you so much Cayly! |

Cayly is the best. I've been going to her since my cocker spaniel, Sable was a puppy. We've moved to seperate sides of Portland, and I will still drive to Gresham to get her groomed with Cayly. I've tried 2 other groomers, because they were closer, and always came back to Cayly and will no longer try other ones as long as we're in the Portland area.

My experience was totally counter to yours. I had a Schnauzer that no one else could groom until I took it to Pup Scrub. Maybe your dog is a little harder to work with than you are letting on. Disparaging another facility on a site meant to give reviews to a particular site is frankly classless. It appears that Cayley's is a very good grooming facility but so is Pup Scrub and their 6+ years in business and continually winning awards for customer service proves it. Jan |
