If the House republican's started doing their job, the states would'nt have to act independently......Oh well.......Thought the prominence of State's rights, was settled 150 years ago......

Wait and see what happens when they get caught without insurance in Colorado. Going to be lots of beaner junkers at the State auction. When they can find you that will make the driving without a proper registration and evading the scene of an accident much more of an issue Pedro!!!

Proof of insurance is a part of issuing drivers licences in most states.

How can you insure something you don't own?
Why buy a car if you cannot legally drive it?

Been my experience that you need proof of insurance to register a vehicle.
