Public marijuana use is illegal but seldom punished in Denver

Denver police have written more tickets for public marijuana use so far this year than in all of 2012, but the crime is rarely punished, according to new statistics from the city.

100 bucks, less likely to go to jail when caught since it dont make you retarded like alcohol

no problem, they give you a citation to go to court and pay a 100$ fine. its not too bad. Generally if a cop pulls you over you lose your buzz instantly
