Violent crime fell 3.4 percent in Colorado in 2012, CBI says

Watch the news. The CBI numbers were wrong (by their own admission) and Chicago said Denver is the most violent city in America. I find that hard to believe but crime did not go down 3.4% it actually increased.
Is there really a CBI

or is it a fictional thing like the California Bureau of Investigation as portrayed on the CBS hit series "The Mentalist" starring Simon Cowell?
