Obviously un constitutional.
I didn't misread anything. This is what you said. Now you want to say you meant something else?

No wonder the numbskulls are easily converted to the right, they done have a clue what is going on from one minute to the next.

These are facts...Are you ready to tout the labor force participation rate of 68% a good thing? Since it’s the lowest since president Carter?

So you’re saying that because of Obama’s outstanding and great economic recovery there is no reason to extend unemployment benefits! Good for you! Stand independent and strong against your party.

The line item veto was decided unconstitutional in 1998.“ U.S. Supreme Court 1998 Line Item Veto Act is Unconstitutional - Order Code 98-690A August 18, 1998”

Again, read s l o w l y. The above process you describe above is how it works today. If the President decides to pass a bill and "not veto" it all he has to do is sign the bill and it becomes law. What you described above has nothing to do with line item veto. i know that was rulef unconstitutional.

Go back and read what I just posted 3 more times.

The republican led report in no way implicates Hillary or anyone in the Obama administration. The ONLY new findings are that Ambassador Stevens twice said no to offers of more security.

Again, again and AGAIN...

The republicans dominated Congress killed, ignored or voted NO on 5 bills that would have created jobs in America and then turned around and voted to deny MILLIONS of Americans unemployment insurance.

I'm quite positive these Americans will not forget how the republicans screwed them come November!

The President didn't need to "veto" ANYTHING

From your own right wing nut job website:

The House voted to delay key components (individual mandate) of ObamaCare

they voted 251-174 for a measure that would delay the individual mandate.

Is the extension of unemployment benefits to one third of one percent of our population....the extent of your economic recovery knowledge?

Actually the insurance companies were selling subpar policies vs. what the A.C.A. were going to require and they knew it prior to the deadlines. The government didn't fail it's customers, big insurance did though. Oh and by the way I'm not Karl foolio.

When will socialists realize this is America and individual freedom is guaranteed by our Constitution.
This is what the Democratic party thinks of "Liberty" and "individual freedom"

Freedom is not merely the absence of governmental control, it is each individual’s prerogative to make decisions and pursue his/her objectives as he/she sees fit so long as he/she does not substantially infringe upon the freedom of others.

See the difference from you right wing domestic terrorist types????

Republicans on the other hand do not believe the freedoms of others matters as long as they got theirs!

If the right-wing tea party lunatics would just turn off FoxNoise and wake up they would see, the right-wing corporate republican despises individual power being held by anyone other than rich white males and their subservient puppets.

You are either completely ignorant (like with the line item veto) or you are blatantly lying like our president.

“Freedom is not merely the absence of governmental control, it is each individual’s prerogative to make decisions and pursue his/her objectives as he/she sees fit so long as he/she does not substantially infringe upon the freedom of others.”

If this is true why would they pass a law that FORCES “each individual’s prerogative to make decisions” by mandating them buy health insurance? Why would they pass a law that is 2500 pages and 80 THOUSAND pages of regulations that tell what “each individual’s prerogative to make decisions” has to decide? If this were true why would they pass a law that cause 5 million Americans to be dropped having to purchase MORE EXPENSIVE INSURANCE without a chance that “each individual’s prerogative to make decisions” can even be possible.

Thank God for the difference... Freedom will return when your democrats loose their seats.

Imagine the innocent life that is extinguished without choice because we allow the “logic in denying a woman's right of choice,” and making claims of a great economic recovery while attempting to extend unemployment benefits.
