Worst Service I have ever received from any business in my life!!!!!!

-Gave me the wrong order so charged me twice for delivery
-When I called to talk to the "manager" she called me a liar and then hung up on me.
-Tried to reach the owner twice the following day and he refused to return my calls.
It is really to bad because the pizza is good but I have heard similar stories from several friends and no one should support a business that treats customers like dirt!!!

That's to bad. I have ordered from here before and I agree that the pizza is good. I do remember a fairly rude woman taking my order and the fact that an owner would not call you back is just bad business. I guess Stumpy's new york pizza comes with a free side of new york attitude as well. Thanks Local 1, I will think twice before ordering here again.

I think the owner of this store is Jeremy Stumpf. He is the owner of another stumpy's in castle rock. If this is the same guy he is married to Lexy Stumpf, owner of Castle Rock School of Gymnastics.(according to yourhub.com castle rock. link below) Hope this helps, good luck getting your money back!!

Dear Local 1,
I will use my real name because I have nothing to hide. My name is Jeremy Stumpf and I am the owner of Stumpy's. I was told about these very negative reviews from some very loyal customers. If I may, I have NEVER refused to talk to any upset customers. I will do everything in my power to insure satisfaction. If ANYBODY would like to talk to me please call and ask for me. In regards to being overcharged, we experienced nightmarish results getting our new computer system bug free. I asure you that anybody who was overcharged was FULLY refunded! I don't think I could be in biz very long if I ran my company the way that you say I do. I am sorry for the bad experience. I asure you I was never told about this situation! Kindest Regards, Jeremy

Mr Jackson I am flattered that you have done so much research on me. It is nice to see people hiding behind computers trying to damage others. Thank you SO much! Once again, I will resolve any problems that anyone has. We have had growing problems when we first opened. Especially with a computer that seemed to have a mind of it's own. I have spent HOURS on the phone with banks resolving past problems! If anybody would like to speak to me I am at my Centennial location every Friday after 4:00. Thank you and have a wonderful day!

I have to say that my husband and I have ordered Stumpy's pizza a LOT, and have never had any of the problems these people are speaking of. We always get what we ordered, and have given our credit card number without it ever becoming a problem. Sometimes it takes awhile to get your pizza, but never any longer than they tell you it will be when you order it.

Terrible Service. Was told an hour to deliver a medium cheese and sausage pizza & I live off front street. So I ran down there (5 minutes)to see four teenage boys standing there doing doe balls. after him sliding my card 6 times to pay 13.50 (WTF) Not one of them even started my pizza until 13 minutes later. I watched them change there clothes behind the counter shoes and socks and all. There was one customer in the store and NO orders up. AN HOUR FOR A CHEESE PIZZA! Then the four teenagers stood around saying how old and freezer burned the ingredients were and laughed about the weekly schedule. This place will never get my business again and I am going to also call the health dept because of what I saw and heard. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT EATING HERE AT LEAST AT THE CASTLE ROCK STUMPYS.

Terrible Terrible service. I had ordered a sausage and mushroom pizza month ago, and received a very burnt Green Pepper and mushroom pizza an hour later. I called to complain, and they gave me a $13.00 credit. 2 nights ago, i called to use that credit of $13.00, and they told me they would not deliver to me because it was a credit, and they were too busy. I just spoke to the manager today, to voice my opinion, and he stood by the decision, saying they had to pick paying customers over me. Wasn't i a paying customer when i paid for the sausage pizza i didn't get????? NEVER going back. Anthony's is just as good. Call Anthony's - they deliver too.

Well, after many (very many) completely satisfied orders we had the unfortunate situation where we were not happy and chose to call and share our experience. We were abruptly told how busy they were and that they were sorry. After explaining further we were offered $2 off our next order. It was not about the money but the matter. Jeremy (the owner) got on the phone and told me he was "working his ass off" and didn't have time. He hung up on me. I called back and asked for the owner and he told me he could not tell me who that was ( so much for being up front ) since he is the owner. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but again was told he was too busy and if I was unhappy and might not ever order again then he needed to go back to work and hung up on me a 2nd time. I am very disappointed and sad to say that a very happy customer who has ordered from him no less than 30 times will now never order from him again and will even tell other how unhappy I am with the service I received. From the owner none the less ... Maybe you will grow up someday Jeremy. Acnknowledgement of a problem is all that was necessary.

WE LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Everytime I call the employees are super nice! We have never had a negative experience. We order pizza from here at least once a week and our pizza always comes exactly as ordered, hot and fresh. The delivery people are always just as nice and fun as the employee who takes our order. Thanks so much for the best pizza in the area and keep up the good work!

Stumpy's is no longer at this location but instead it's a new kid in town, Willie's NY Pizza. They are AWESOME! They had a few hiccups of getting the right service/quality but the owners stepped in and now run the place and man have they nailed it down! I order 1-2 times a week and am never let down
