Have Greenwood cops been told to increase the amount of MIP tickets just to secure grant money? Are any going so far as to lie about the circumstances knowing it will be their word against another?

Honest cop, how low can you go, to call someone you dont even know a tramp, that made a simple reply to some negtive shit you had to say. "Honest cop" if you really are a cop I think I know who you are, and with out that gun and tazer you could not hurt a 5th grader. and that goes for all greenwood "cops". Compare greenwood "officers" to the real Kansas City Police Officers. The diffrence is boys and men.
KCPD has real crime they are tryin to fight, crack dealers, meath heads, people walking with fully automatics waitin to spray the police. I would like to see some greenwood cop walk one day in those "Real police Officers" shoes. That would be funny
