What did management say about this ?
Although I've asked many times, management will not reveal the food source that supplied them with the contaminated feeder. They're obviously protecting themselves, friends or family.
These people are also on Amazon using the name Pet Planet KC. They're trying to run their scams and cons on other innocent unsuspecting customers.
Here are two actual reviews where Jenny intentionally sold pet vitamins which were 4 to 5 years expired.
"The vitamins expired in 2008. They did not make that clear on their page"
Emma K., February 9, 2012
Seller Response: The vitamins were listed as expired in the notes section....the only place to my knowledge to note such issues. Refund was immediately granted even though it was clearly marked with Expiration Date.
Date: February 9, 2012
"They expired and made my dog sick "
NICOLE T., March 5, 2012
***My response: Notice on February 9, 2012 in Jenny's response, she doesn't apologize, she tries to justify selling pet vitamins which are 4 to 5 years expired, then she sells the same expired vitamins on March 5, 2012 making another innocent dog sick. The second time, again no apology or even a response of any kind; Jenny clearly wants to avoid addressing making Nicole T's dog sick.
Why would a person do such a thing? Greed? Expiration dates are in place for a reason, they're not to be ignored!
Remember, this is the same person that deceived us by selling us a contaminated feeder for our beloved Boa, which in turn made her very sick and contributed toward her passing away.
There is clearly a pattern of deception by those running pet planet.
If you or anyone you know has suffered at the hands of pet planet, please contact me so we can all put a stop to this unethical deception and animal abuse.
I'm sure the courts would love to hear about the deceptive business practices by this poorly run establishment.
