Police say that Jimenez’s seven-year-old daughter was in the passenger seat of the pickup truck at the time of the incident.
Somebodies lying!
There has been different accounts written even in the same newspaper. I've been told he dropped off his daughter right after he left his girlfriend's house before he was stopped by the trooper.

Number one the child was not in the vehicle. Number two although I am sorry your friend got hurt he certainly did not follow protocol by reaching in the vehicle while it was still running and most likely in gear and after dousing someone with pepper spray. I'm not saying this illegal did anything right I'm saying the Trooper did everything wrong. Lastly I would ask you if you really think that if a car dragged a civilian that 90 Troopers,Dec personal, and Immigration personal would be looking for the guy? I don't think so. The amount of resources that were employed to catch this guy is astouding and in my opinion crazy. More likely than not he will be deported anyway. The idea that injuring a policeman is a more grievous crime than injuring a civilian has always bothered me. After all isn't danger part of the job? The idea of police aligning themselves has seemed to cause more problems than not. If the so called "good" cops don't report the bad ones then there are no good ones.
IM sorry I didnt know you were at the scene...

I must have been mistaken, I didn't realize you were on the force.

Or is that whole statment of what happened your own personal Columbo therory?

Its obvious to me that you were at the scene of the crime...How else would you be able to pin point your timeline?

That is, if you are not just making up fantasies due to your deep seeded hatred of law enforcement,

Kinda easy to be Jessica Fletcher, when you make up crime scenarios in your head and present them as fact. Or you are "Told" the info as in Yeah Rights case.

Someone needs to quit the late night murder she wrote re-runs.

I've no "deep seated hatred" for law enforcement. I'm just being realistic as I'm sure you've heard of the Schenectady and Albany Police Dept's little problems over the last 10 or so years. Apparently it takes time to straighten it out. Take the time and hit a "police bar" sometime and ask them to blow before they drive too far. Remember to turn off the camera. As far as "late night TV" I had to ask who Jessica Fletcher was. I imagine that in your world they spentthe same amount of money and manpower to find Rainwalker. Not!

Yet more stereotypes, or as you call it "being realistic".

I hope you are never wronged by someone of a different color/creed. Their entire race would be doomed to listen to your childish rhetoric about how they are devious, due to a select few.

A dive team just searched for Jaliek Rainwalker yet again this week...But Im not complaining...I hope his family finds the answers they need.

The Rainwalker case has been on going for over three years and has used countless dive teams/dog teams/Man hours in order to find him.

The search for the man who assaulted a State trooper lasted just under two weeks and was full of man power that decided to DONATE/LOAN their time and resources.

Your not the brightest man are you?
