With expected storm surges to heavily smash into Greenwich and Stamford at high tide tonight between 11 p.m. and midnight, the town of Greenwich is urging residents in low lying and coastal areas as well as areas prone to flooding to not hesitate and either leave immediately or get to higher points in their homes.
