Officer recovering from injuries - Greenwich Time

Is there any specific reason that the Greenwich Police are withholding the name of this dedicated Police Officer. I would think that an appreciative and concerned public would want to, and should, know who he is...let's get his name and picture on the front page where it belongs!!!

Where in the two articles does it state that this person’s welfare was in danger? The article reads "Police and an ambulance responded to the home at about 2:24 p.m. on a report of an emotionally disturbed person, according to police. Nelson tried to fight with officers while they stood in the driveway of the home”. In addition, the article further states- "Officers responding to the call restrained Nelson and took him to Greenwich Hospital where he remains held for psychiatric evaluation". This person was not injured during this altercation. However, two officers were, one very seriously and was being monitored for “brain hemorrhaging”. My suggestion to you is to pray that the Officer recovers completely from the injuries he sustained during this altercation. Furthermore, it is my opinion the right person is being charged, as Nelson endangered the welfare of the two police officers not the other way around.
