While we are on the subject of the presidents speech.....

I am not naive to think that there does not exists high levels of corruption, inefficency, fraud and waste in all government funded programs,(ACORN, Military, Infastructure) you name it, with both Dem & Rep. seeking to reward their supporters and turn the other cheek unless forced to, no intelligent person would doubt this.
The president himself and his staff of advisors reafffirmed
this when the proposed to pay for the new health plan by reducing (not eliminating, mind you) waste and fraud in the Medicare program to the tune of HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS of dollars (some fraction of the total).
This begs the question: Mr President and your advisors, in a program to be run similar to medicare on a scale ten times greater. How will the Trillions of dollars in waste and fraud be paid for?
