Teen charged as adult in attacks

APPLETON - A 16-year-old Appleton boy has been charged as an adult after prosecutors say he attacked five people in five days without provocation.

What ever happened to putting nuts where they belong???And on their own busses??? Their out amongst the norm doing whatever they feel like doing,then when they are in trouble, they blame it on the meds. They need to be monitored in Institutions.

It is called inclusion and diversity. That way they don't feel so bad about being nutjobs.

I agree that they should be monitored. I am just saying that you are goin to be seeing more of this because there are groups who believe that these people , even if they are violent, need to have their shot at fitting in to society.
