A woman was murdered in Walmart on Whitehorse Road yesterday. Walmart did not close the store, not even temporarily, and shoppers kept on shopping.

Is this what Americans have come down to? How could Walmart remain open while this dead woman's blood was still visibly splattered over the walls and pooling through the floor, where customers could see it all. How could Walmart not even close this store until after the police were through and the crime scene had been cleaned up or completely closed off from customers' view? Not to mention the number of shoppers that usually have their children with them while shopping.

This has got to be the most barbaric, disgusting thing I have heard in a long time. Evidently, big business in America has gotten this callus, but what about the shoppers in the store that continued to shop while this woman's dead body lay in a bloody pool in the store? Are we now worshiping money and material things so much that we could care less about the death of a human being, taken either right before our eyes or within such close proximity to where we are?

Walmart should be ashamed, and the customers that continued to shop knowing this had happened should also be ashamed.

Personally, I am rethinking shopping at Walmart altogether because of this. Everyone in Greenville should at least show their displeasure with how Walmart handled this woman death in their store by at least shopping at another Walmart until Walmart issues an apology to this woman's family and to all it shoppers along with a plan of action should something this gruesome happens in a Walmart store.

It was not Walmarts fault. Besides I had many things to pick up there!! You can't let a few dumb asses shut down business.
