Population growth is not sustainable. Today 5000 children and 23000 adults died of lack of clean wage or food. 3 billion people live on less than $2 a day each. If all the earths resources were dived equally among the 7 billion each family would have only $8000 a year to live on.
Thee is only enough resources for 2 billion people to live a middle class life and be sustainable.
Better be planning of population control not Urban spawn.
