Not a goverment website dumbass. But we all know how much you dolts misread and misrepresent things.
It's law that clearly states abortions are not covered.
But concentrate in this to avoid the Topix email. That has to hurt knowing you we're called out and are scared to death and are in full fledged divert mode.
And I'm not a hunter, but enjoy fishing but haven't been in a while. Like camping too. Since you love my name so much and are so envious of me, you going to take up those hobbies as well?? I KNOW the 4wheeler fun I had the other day really got to you. Can't afford a four wheeler huh?? Maybe if you got a job and got of welfare and off of topix using everyone's name you could afford nice things that I've got.
Get a union job, never mind, your sissy ass couldn't handle a union job. Be too tough on your candy ass.
Does it make you finally feel like a man using a mans name on the Internet?
BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
I can do this allllllll day long! Until your mother tells you to take out the garbage and patch the leak in the roof of her trailer
LMAO
Now you're complaining about the wording in the link YOU LIBS PROVIDED!!!!! LOL

And listen to you babble on with jibberish that you think will get to me? LOL. You are completely losing it "Billy Ray". I'm sure you do have the finest things - like fishin' poles, tractors, mud floors, and rabbit traps.

And stupid ass -when you send an email to Topix you go through their server site where you enter information. There is no copy hick. You don't send it through your personal email. But you provide an email address and that's how you get a response.

I don't think I've ever had a more "funner" day on Topix.

Don't have a heart attack on us old timer. LMAO

Q: What are the facts regarding the new health insurance law’s federal funding for abortion, or lack of it?

A: The law says individuals who get federal subsidy dollars must use their private money to pay for coverage of abortion except in cases of rape, incest or to save the life of the mother. Claims that the new law will lead to a large increase in the number of abortions lack support.

Strictly speaking, the new law does not provide direct federal funding for abortion, except in cases of rape or incest, or to save the life of the mother — the same rules that now apply to Medicaid coverage for low-income persons and to the insurance available to federal workers and military families. In fact, the new law states specifically that federal funds are not to be used for coverage of any other kinds of abortions, and that only premium dollars paid by individuals out of their own pockets may be used to pay for coverage of other kinds of abortions.

Executive Order 13535-- Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act's Consistency with Longstanding Restrictions on the Use of Federal Funds for Abortion

EXECUTIVE ORDER

ENSURING ENFORCEMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ABORTION RESTRICTIONS IN THE PATIENT PROTECTION AND AFFORDABLE CARE ACT

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act" (Public Law 111-148), I hereby order as follows:

Section. 1. Policy. Following the recent enactment of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (the "Act"), it is necessary to establish an adequate enforcement mechanism to ensure that Federal funds are not used for abortion services (except in cases of rape or incest, or when the life of the woman would be endangered), consistent with a longstanding Federal statutory restriction that is commonly known as the Hyde Amendment. The purpose of this order is to establish a comprehensive, Government-wide set of policies and procedures to achieve this goal and to make certain that all relevant actors -- Federal officials, State officials (including insurance regulators) and health care providers -- are aware of their responsibilities, new and old.

The Act maintains current Hyde Amendment restrictions governing abortion policy and extends those restrictions to the newly created health insurance exchanges. Under the Act, longstanding Federal laws to protect conscience (such as the Church Amendment, 42 U.S.C. 300a-7, and the Weldon Amendment, section 508(d)(1) of Public Law 111-8) remain intact and new protections prohibit discrimination against health care facilities and health care providers because of an unwillingness to provide, pay for, provide coverage of, or refer for abortions

Americans' Satisfaction With U.S. Gov't Drops to New Low
Democrats remain most likely to be satisfied, but much less so than in September
October 10, 2013
A record-low 18% of Americans say they are satisfied with the way the nation is being governed, down from 32% last month.
Is it hard for you to comprehend why the "wrong direction" question is at an all time low of 18%? Wasn't that way until the Canadian Cruz shut down the government. Dumb Dumb.

It's funny. I've been owning Tab so long. I've never claimed to be able to trace an IP from someone's name on here. I've been saying two facts straight from Topix: any city listed in blue is traceable - gray is not (most likely a proxy). And they confirmed he was posting from the SAME IP ADDRESS under more than one name. And I've already posted the email.

Since the Hyde Amendment passed, only four states have voluntarily decided to use their funds to cover abortion. Another 13 states are required to do so by court order, just as they would other forms of health care. Thirty-two states and the District of Columbia basically follow the Hyde Amendment as the congressman intended, with some small variations. One state, South Dakota, only pays for abortion when a woman’s life is in danger, but not in cases of rape and incest — an apparent violation of federal law. Bill Moyer.

Four states have decided to use their funds; 13 court ordered. 32 states and D.C. follow the Hyde Amendment...Abortion is abortion. Cut and dried. The fed. gov. should never be involved with matters of the states. Simple.
Hidey ho, hidey ho.

full disclosure....
i only come here to mess with you people for about a week or two ever 4-6 months. it gets old to me pretty quick. this last stint i have used the name Hugh Jasoal, and American Man (this one i was gonna use to be a mirror twin of AL, but i couldnt make myself be THAT dumb) oh and "go proxy yourself" for a joke.
i am not from russellville, dont know about any stumpy crap.
sure as hell dont know what leitch is. is that leitchfield you're referring to? that's what my location shows when i use my phone to post. it's actually almost 2 hrs from where i live. you thinking im someone im not is pretty damn funny though. shows just how imbecilic you really are.

i know it gets old when these people are verbally beating the chit out of you. but i promise, i am not one of them. i am all alone. still beating the chit out of you.

so stop trying to guess who everyone is, and get educated on what is happening in reality. then no one can make you look stupid.
