Yes I have. His father is John Baird. Clark is aggressive and very influential. I am a father and was awarded custody of my son. He is very thorough. My ex tried to have the trial moved because she lives in another county. Clark convinced the judge that the interest of the trial was here in Muhlenberg county.

Madisonville - Pam Corbin , I used her she made Ralph Vick look pathetic
I don't think there's a lawyer in Muhlenberg County that's afraid of her. There's lot of women that throw that name out there thinking that it's going to scare someone.Divorce laws in Kentucky need updating.

She gives bad advice.Lots of things she says she can do is simply not true. She looked at my friends divorce papers and she told her it wasn't worth the paper it was written on.
<quoted text>If you are talking about Daniel Sherman that isn't true. I lost my little girl with him as my lawyer in my divorce. By the time it was over Ralph Vick proved he is better. Vick had the judge convinced that since I worked and went to college that the dad should get custody. I was the only one working. Craziest crap I'd ever seen.
I lost both my kids to a lowlife, abusive, cheating, sex addict, drunk because Ralph Vick convinced the judge that since I lived in a different (adjoining) county that it was best they live with their dad even though I have a full time job, have since bought my own house, my entire support system is in my county when my x has no one in this state much less county! So...is Ralph Vick a good lawyer or does Brian wiggins just want to protect the commonwealth attorney from any losses in court or any tax payer money from being removed from his county?? Mine is FAR from over, hope you fare well with yours. Children belong with their moms!!

It was judge Jernigan. I had to force my screaming child to go with the dad after ever visit. I wish the judges had to watch what poor decisions do. The child's father is a good guy but it just sucked all the way around.
