I am moving to greenville area and I am searching for a place to rent. Someone told me about jade manor apartments. Can anyone tell me what type of place it is there. I have heard both good and bad things about the place. Or does anyone know of a house for rent? thanks

they were 400 a month plus utilities. But I heard that it is a bad place due to the people that they rent to. But I didn't know. really don't know of any other place or anyone to ask.

Yeah it's an ok place to live if junkies, wh*res, and other slobs are what you hang around. There is nothing good about Jade Manor. You can do much better and avoid getting knocked in the head for your tv or other swag.

Dam is that right ? I'm here to let ppl know that there are a few very good ppl that live in jade manor and I have been up in there several ttimes and have never seen 6 or 7 ppl to a 2 bedroom trailor ! God I love when ppl are wrong and I gota make them "GET IT RIGHT"
