NY files antitrust suit against chip maker Intel, claims company paid billions in kickbacks

New York's attorney general hit Intel Corp. with an antitrust lawsuit Wednesday, claiming the company used "illegal threats and collusion" to dominate the market for computer microprocessors.

Since it's only down about 10% since mid Oct I guess all the people who trade inside information aren't taking this suit seriously.

Or else they were all paid millions in spiffs to push INTC on the retail customers these past weeks....
