I sure would like to know how many prisoners this so-called correctional officer (POSCH) has filed false claims against, just so he could get them written up on 115's. This would
extend the time the prisoner has to do in prison. The parole board takes a very hard look at 115's before they parole a prisoner.
Please find out how many 115's (POSCH) has written. Probably everything (POSCH) did he blamed it on a prisoner.
You seem very well-versed in the numbers(115)used by the Correctional Center. Why would that be?? Could it be that you have been in a prison-not as a guard, of course.
I am just waiting to see what really is going on, then I will make an "educated" judgment based on facts not listening to people who are 1/2 step ahead of the law or have already gotten all of the correct terms down due to personal experience.

You know----I just find this whole story sad, if it is true(and we don't really know that yet--innocent until proven guilty??). No matter how it turns out, it is essentially victimless crime(taking into consideration what Jeff had to say). Why all of the hatred towards law enforcement? Could it be because those that speak most harshly are or have been guilty of something that has put them behind those walls? I just know and feel for Todd's entire family. There are children involved folks and they don't deserve the hatred because they had nothing do you hear me? NOTHING to do with this, but it WILL affect their lives. I am so sorry to see that people are so quick to judge when they don't have all of the facts. Prayer is the best medicine for both families involved. As I have said a couple of times before--God saw it all and He is the only one who will judge righteously. That is just the way it is like it or not.

Being the survivor of a child molester--there is not excuse for crimes against innocent children--so, no, I am not off my rocker or clueless, I am just someone who knows him and some things are just not adding up right now. I tend to look at things VERY carefully because what appears to be one way is often another. I will have to leave this one up to the Lord. He nevers gets anything wrong.

The police wrote the paper about the arrest.(false police reports) If true book um danno. You sure are easy to forgive wonder if you would say the same thing for Mr. Wagner if he did the crime. What do you think he would have been charged with? Beyond wrong get off the throne.

I've known Todd almost all my life. I, like everyone else, am shocked that this has happened but believe it to be true. Unfortunately, he has made his bed and now has to lay in it. I have no idea what happened in his thought process, to injure yourself physically and put your family , friends and community thru hell. Think about all of the tax payer dollars spent in this county (plumas) investigating a crime that was totally fabricated. Our County & State is broke...and this is what we have to spend our money on. All the people who have donated money to him & his family to pay for medical bills and give him more time off to "Get better" after the first incident. That money should have to be repaid. And I ask myself,"How do you stay insane for a year between incidents but carry on in your community like you are normal". Wouldn't you have a sane moment at some point during a year? This is what I can't understand. I want to believe at this point that he just lost it, but the degree he went to to pull this off just boggles my mind. I'm sorry, but as it stands now, he should be punished.

Re: Above comments by Greenville Resident in Susanville, CA. I can t, you really affected by this issue of Todd, but you are all over the map with Child molestation, the Lord, assuming anyone that criticizes law enforcement has a criminal record.... no where have I read that anyone said you were clueless or off your rocker EXCEPT you... do you remember the topic you are writing about??? Yes, this incident precipitated by Todd is scandalous, but dang Greenville, you have taken it to another level...Be easy on yourself and everyone else trying to make sense of this issue which has affected all of us.

Plumas County is a strange place with strange people (not all but many). No telling why he faked these reports, but I am not suprised in the least. Not specifically because of Todd, as he is pretty well liked in Greenville, but in my 10+ years I was "stuck" in Plumas, I saw, heard, or read some pretty odd things.
I am also displaced from Plumas County and I had known Todd for years and his family. I hope he gets help! I do agree that something changed years ago in Greenville, the people I once knew as friends are no longer the same people.

I agree we have to be very careful when we say God and then judge in the same breath we have to be careful! Slamming Todd only makes it worse. Posting your opinion is fine but this attacking thing is out of control. I also hope Todd get's the help he needs!

Look a couple of pages back - Caine from Chico made the derogatory comment and also the one about child molestation. Do your homework before you write and YES, I know the topic I am writing about. Another level? Read what is going on here. This forum has become a kind of toxic topic and the topic is being turned around to make Todd look like a dirty cop-he isn't. I hope that if what is reported is true, Todd can get some help because I can't figure out why he would do this. It just doesn't make any sense. My prayers are for everyone involved and remember folks-Christ died for all of our sins. Let him who is without sin cast the first stone. End of comments by me.

Too bad Todd didn't remember that children were involved when he pulled these stunts. He should have been the first one thinking about them and the heartache he could cause them.

Sorry Greenville, just read Caine's post. I am surprised the site monitor allowed that post because it distincly is not polite what he said to you. Sorry again. Hope you are ok and not letting all this get under your skin. Saddly, I think Todd has created a real situation that now seems to affect many more people beyond his circle. I respect that you are holding judgement at bay, and are praying for him. Nonetheless, assuming all referring to "law-enforcement" in a negitive way have something feel guilty of is not nice either. All opinions need to be respected as well. We don't know how they came to their opinion about law enforcement, but as we want our opinions respected it is only right to respect others. Sure some of us have had real negitive encounters with law-enforcement and that has an effect on people. It seems fitting that the Golden Rule needs to be followed. "Treat others as you want to be treated no matter if the other guy does so or not.

I see the first comment posted is in defense of this seemingly corrupt officer. I'd like to give the cop the benefit of the doubt but, I'm not. This is Lassen County and Susanville in particular......One of the most corrupt and out of control bastions of "Rural Country Police Corruption" in the U.S.. Indeed the usual stereotypical Southern Law Enforcement that usually holds the title probably couldn't compete with how truly corrupt the Lassen County Sherrif's Deputies have a rep of being..........

If you're from Stockton or Sacto they'll attempt intimidation and maybe even a trumped up fine that you'll just pay to get them off your back. Let alone College Kids from nearby Chico always seem to be unduly targeted for trumped up fines.

The funniest thing of all is how they act like they're so Anti-Drug and Illegaly Profile All Kind's of Folks and College Kids from wherever but, especially Chico as possible pot heads. When the deputies themselves have a reputation for selling METH out of the trunk of their Crown Vic's every night as soon as the sun goes down! They act just like the little dope selling gang bangers in any other town but, wear badges and legally carry 9mm sidearms.
