The police could clean up half the drugs in Greenup Co. by raiding the 'camp sites' down rt 2.

ignorant, what are you so paranoid about? afraid that all your contacts will be busted? people are raising families and have kids that don't want that crap and the crappy ppl that sell it in their back door. how about they all move on your street and see how you like traffic on your road all hours of the day and night. ppl that are high on god knows what flying past the yard that your kids are playing in...

what will help then? what's it going to take before all of this stops? The robberies, the wrecks, the arrests, the overdosing, that doesn't seem to help either. So in all of your infinite wisdom, give all of us the answer on what will help. I'm sick of all of drugs and the dumbasses that do them running up and down the road threating innocent peoples lives will this foolishness. DRUGGIES BEWARE...WE ARE ALL FED UP...AND YES A CHANGE IS COMING...

i do not believe spell check was implying they were better than anyone. as was far as i know we are still living in a free society and they can express their opinion in a public domane made for such . so i guess it is okay for 'ignorant' to say that people that are against drugs are 'narks' or clueless but spell check can't respond to that? and 'whats up' i do not agree with you. what it is going to take is for the community to become pro- active and stop wishing and hoping it will just go away. if you see suspicious activity in your neighborhood report it. be aware of what is going on in your little corner of the world. it just might save your life someday, or the life of someone you love. drugs and crime go hand in hand.

It makes me sad to see what Alpine has become....when I grew up there it was a wonderful place, sure we had our problems, but we could leave the door wide open at night and walk through each others yard without fear. Some of my fondest memories I have involve the many years I spent there. would be nice for it to get back that way.

Alpine is bad but so is Smith Branch, Coal Branch, Greenup Dam and just about anyplace you go in Greenup anymore. I think when it comes to drugs wer'e in the same league as the big cities and that is so sad. This used to be a little country town where everybody knew each other and was willing to help their neighbor. Now you're afraid to help anyone or let a stranger near you. I wish these people would wake up and get a life and get away from the drugs, drinking and crimes. Take care of their families and be someone their families could be proud of instead of having to sit with them through court day after day, month after month. Wake up people and look around you. Is the way you're living now the way you want to die? Is it really worth what you and everyone around you goes through to get your next fix? You can do something about it!! Please do because there are people who love you and pray for you. Their days are miserable worrying about you. Wake up and be someone you can be proud of.
