Greenup — The following were indicted by a Greenup County grand jury on Thursday:

‰Kippie Clark Jr., 23, of Vanceburg, on a charge of receiving stolen property.

‰Michael A. Clark, 20, of Garrison, on a charge of receiving stolen property.

‰James J. Gartin, 32, of Greenup, on a charge of flagrant nonsupport.

‰Ronald Goodwin, 36, of Greenup, on a charge of welfare fraud.

‰Rhonda L. Hall, 38, of Greenup, on charges of second-degree possession of a forged instrument and being a persistent felony offender.

‰Charles F. Hans, 56, of Worthington, on a charge of theft.

‰Randy J. Kimbler, 20, of Vanceburg, on a charge of receiving stolen property.

‰Madara L. McPeek, 44, of Raceland, on a charge of first-degree conspiracy to traffic in drugs.

‰Lorna Rae Meadows, 31, of Raceland, on a charge of receiving stolen property.

‰Stephanie D. Poplin, 28, of Greenup, on two charges of first-degree drug trafficking.

‰Joseph Leslie Sizemore, 27, of Flatwoods, on charges of first-degree burglary, second-degree possession of forged instruments (eight counts), second-degree burglary, fraudulent use of a credit card (three counts).

‰Grady E. Smith Jr., 39, of Kitts Hill, on a charge of first-degree bail jumping.

‰Thomas S. Williams, 32, of Ashland, on charges of first-degree drug trafficking and being a persistent felony offender.

‰Robert A. Magaw, 29, of Portsmouth, on a theft charge.

‰Jackie H. Grim, 58, of Worthington, on charges of first-degree drug trafficking and being a persistent felony offender.

‰Renee Hall Brown, 40, of Flatwoods, on a charge of first-degree attempted robbery.

‰Gregory A. Sizemore, 25, of Raceland, on charges of first-degree wanton endangerment, operating on a suspended or revoked license and leaving the scene of an accident.

‰John Mark Clark, 26, of Greenup, on charges of receiving stolen property, second-degree burglary and being a persistent felony offender.

‰Nicole Sue Alt, 31, of Flatwoods, on charges of first-degree drug possession, third-degree drug possession, driving under the influence and being a persistent felony offender.

‰John Mark Reed, 37, of Flatwoods, on a charge of first-degree attempted robbery.

‰Nigel D. Owens, 30, of Wurtland, on charges of first-degree wanton endangerment and second-degree wanton endangerment.

‰Rita K. Rollins, 44, of West Portsmouth, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence.

‰Shaun Edward Dewees, 32, of Grayson, on charges of second-degree burglary, theft and being a persistent felony offender.

‰John F. Carey IV, 44, of Catlettsburg, on charges of first-degree drug trafficking, driving under the influence and driving with a license suspended for driving under the influence, third offense.

‰Paula G. Moore, 32, of Flatwoods, on a charge of possession of a forged prescription.

‰James R. McGinnis, 56, of Flatwoods, on two charges of third-degree assault.

Oh you have it right out of the paper but honestly what does this have to do with you!! It doesnt even have the peoples names on here that you bitch about so much,and besides that not everybody on these indictments are for burgarly or theft.I think you really need to get a life and leave everyone elses along!

I beg to differ with you, the drug problem is what caused most of the robberies in this county to support their habits, when they no longer can buy them, then they steal off the rest of us, i will be around for a long time to come, so get used to it, or invest in blinders.

But some of those people on that list wasnt even for drugs or robberies you jump the gun entirely too much on some things for instance one man was for child support what does that have to do with drugs and robberies..I understand your are sick of the drugs and theiving because beleive me I am too. but sometimes there is no need to involve inoccent people by here say!

I see what you are saying, but they are on THAT LIST for reasons, not because they are productive citizens, and the drugs and robberies go hand in hand, and i dont have nothing for dead beat dads or moms who dont take care of their children who in the first place did not ask to be here, if i edited the list, someone would say, that isn't what was put on there, so no editing and if they are on the list, they deserve for some reason or another to be there.
