Man admits driving drunk in fatal crash

A Tabernacle man pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide Thursday, admitting he was driving drunk when he hit another car on Route 70 in Evesham and killed the 19-year-old driver.

Article says the monster should get 8 years and has to do 85% of that so that's 7 years. That's a substantial penalty but still not enough. DUI has the highest recidivism rate of any crime and this psychopath should be locked up forever.
