third week end in September...I would call the record herald and ask them who to contact. It is handled by the Rotary Club but I don't know any names off the top of my head. There will be an ad in the paper for booths but if you call the paper, I think they will give you a contact number.

The boy age divisions end at 35 months. Sorry there will not be a division for boys 3 and up.
