I am wondering who could help me or would help me.
I am a mom of two teens and my husband is in jail please don't jugdge me,He done wrong and was on prescription pain meds that took over his life (and ours)He is now paying the price for that mistake and so our we,anyway I am broke and only get to work 2 days a week and I am looking for a fulltime job but I have not found one yet,I am wanting to go to western in the spring to be a r.n. I am wondering if anybody can help me or tell me what I can do,Christmas is almost here and I can't afford to pay my light bill much less buy christmas.WHAT CAN I DO!I'M SAD,DEPRESSED AND DESPERATE!

They have a program in Campbellsville called Toys for Tots. They would probably make sure your children have christmas. You would probably need to call someone on the Rescue or Fire dept for that im not really sure but maybe they can point you in the right direction. Your kids cant help what your husband has done or will do. They shouldnt be without at christmas time so I wish you the best with that and in life in general. Times are hard for the majority of people around here including myself. I do wish you the best in whatever you decide to do in life. God bless.

call the electric company they have programs to hel the needy with their winter heating bill they air it on the radio sometime also if you can drive amazon would hire you full or part until christmas it good money

I hope that the person who started this thread is for real, but you never know. I have a friend in Green Co and he just did a toy run for Toys for Tots so yes they do have something in place. I try really hard not to judge people when they say that they have a need, but people must be careful. Every year about this time people start coming out of the woodwork with their needs. I have seen ads on the internet from people needing to "borrow" money and wanting strangers to either loan it to them or get the loan for them. I am all about lending a hand to someone and have taken care of a bill or two for them and not expected anything back, but I am as sure as I can get that the situation is real. People just remember to be careful. These are desperate times that we are living in and it is bringing out the worst in some folks.

also, heating assistance if it isnt too late , might cover some or most of 1 light bill.... if you use electric for your heating means as well.. see the court house for that

If you are really in need and can show that you are in need you can contact the Legion and the VFW they also help out on certain situations such as people in need.Not sure if they can or not but watch the newspaper it will tell when the meetings meet and you can show up and ask for help.

I can't believe the hateful comments by a couple of people on here,yes everything i said is true and for the ones who truly can help me,i can prove everything i said but i will not list my email on this site for obvious reasons,some are so quick to judge and say such hurtful things when someone is so down and depressed,my husband is in jail and i only have 2 kids and i am 37 years old and won't be having anymore kids.

yes i would i am a certified nurse aide and thats what i been doing but only get 2 days a week and need more hours but i do not want to leave my email address on here.

I recently won $100,000 on a scratch off in Il.Im'waiting to recieve the payment after they scarf the taxes.I also was in jail a yr ago on a bogus fabricated drug charge.So I know what it's like to be seperated from a loved one.
How much is your husbands bond?
I may just decide to help you if you are for real.I'll probably only get $60,000 after taxes but would a $1000 help??????

well i think he was probably wishfull thinking on the 100,000 dollar winner on that 2$ scratch off, he probably was scratching his ass instead of his head trying to think of another quick way to make another 2dollar for that one last ticket he tells hisself he will ever buy again if he doesnt win anything,because he beleives in his own mind that he is going to hit it big, its just the gamblers sickness ya know? but my first real conclusion of the whole damn thing is, that the joker is no doubt full of shit, this guy aint fooling shit, you think a guy hits a 100,000 dollar lottery is going to worry about another mans bond or his left alone whore with two kids? shit, let me hit 100,000 dollars, i will get me a yachet, a case of scotch, a couple ounces of cocaine and 3 or 4 whores, after a couple weeks you will see what a lottery winner looks like, it sure wont have no mom alone with 2 kids envolved anywhere in the situation
