Is it not their jobs to do what you are saying? Are they getting paid? This is a crap job, yes, if you don't like it quit or go back to school!!
Do your job right and no one will complain!! As much as this care cost a bed check should be performed every 10 minutes!!

I would like to set the record straight, I know TS and JN and they would not have done something like this without proof. They trusted the nursing home to take care of their father and their jobs were not providing care for any of the patients

Why did they wait till he died to sue? T.S. job was to see that all clients had socks clothing shoes and I never saw her ever on floor did a little hanky panky with mr Smith the admir. at that time.

That is so funny!!! First of all T.S. was Social Services Director and her job was a lot more than getting socks and clothes. And if you knew her, you would know that she couldn't stand Mr. Smith!!!! Get your story straight!!!

What ever her job noone ever saw her do anything and whether you know it or not socks and shoes and etc. are a very need for people who depends on LAZY people like her. As far as the affair with Mr. Smith did he dump at the bar they were in in Bowling Green? I can give you a real straight story with proof.

I have visited Green Hill and while I was there I saw patients being ignored just because it was about time for the shifts to change. You have people working there that is just there for a pay check and a very small one at that! Years ago when they had some REAL down to earth management things were a little bit better. They knew you by your name and who you were there too see but now there is some A-hole that is more worried about his position and how he can cut staff so he can look good but if more people would stand up to companies like this maybe just maybe they would worry more about what they are in business for!TAKING CARE OF THOSE THAT CAN'T DO IT THEMSELVES!! Think about someday (lets hope not)but what if your Mom, Dad or even you are in a place such as Green Hill, maybe just because somebody took the time to file a lawsuit so that YOU or someone you love wouldn't have to go through the same thing they did!Oh and by the way more than likely not only Green Hill but the company as a whole has had several law suits but you never hear about it because as part of a law suit most of the time to keep it out of the paper clients will agree not to disclose any figures or reasons for the case. Just be thankful that someone or two took the time out to stand up for whats right because guess what they also have families that depended on that paycheck to support their families but what is more important,$$$$$$ or what's right! YOU be the judge!

First of all the employee's get ONE, yes ONE smoking break, which is on their legal lunch break. At that time, they have to leave the premises to smoke, due to the fact that it is a smoke free facility. How in the world do you think they get an award for quality? Because it is a good facility, and those aids work very hard at taking care of the residents.

I'm sure all nursing home facilities are the same. The patients are zombies after taking the medication, staring into the corner of a wall for hours while they miserably sit in their shit-filled depends diaper. The patients are so "out-of-it" from the Lexapro" that they can't tell the nurse's aids when they need changing.

This makes the job of a nurse's aid much easier since they don't have to change the depends diapers as much.

The aids can take frequent breaks to smoke cigarettes and drink Ski. Meanwhile quacks like Dr. Bland get rich off of the mostly elderly people by altering their minds with neuro-transmitter-tricking drugs. Doctors like him and the nurses who love to get the poison in the patients' body are ruthless killers.

We live in an extremely sad and sick world. I am a firm believer in "what comes around...goes around."

I don't work there,but 99% of the ones that are there do a great job!!!
You just want someone to take over ALL your responsibility.Understand if you work/whatever & can't care for your parent/or family all time,but at least go see them & help them while you are there...That is just love...Bet at some point they took care of you.
