Would you mind explaining why not? If you do something wrong and at the end you are not punished for what you did, than isn't it an accepted behavior? He walked away with nothing more than probation, do you think that is appropiate for the crimes that Scott committed? In Decatur County you might as well not be on probation, i don't care if they call it supervised or unsupervised. Either way it is meaning less. The two probation officers do nothing. Supervised probation consist of showing up and spending 15it minutes feeding you p.o. a line of BS. After that do not have to worry about any supervision until ur next 15 minute scheduled meeting.

Scott should have been charged with felonies not just given probation. I am not judging him I am trying to understand how someone holding a position as Supervisor of DCS, who comes and take your kids from you're house can do what he did and walk. His wife and family must have money is my explanation. Money talks and if you have enough money you can buy yourself out of trouble. It sickens me.

Ok he cheats on his wife and now shes pregnant. That makes no sense. And he gets charged with felonies in some way or another had something to do with prescription drugs or something right? Again that makes no sense. Well maybe CPS needs to investage his butt when the baby gets here for having a past with drugs. Not only prescription drugs in this case but cocaine a couple years ago. And Im sure he got off free and clear because there was so much heat on Greensburg CPS, that throwing the case out they thought would quiet things down. Well it shouldnt!!!! Everyone should speak up about all the dirt inside jobs going on in this town. And I pray he no longer has a job there or could ever be consider holding a position like that again.

He traded sexual favors for child visitations.

The question is how he got away with his crimes? How he was able to plead guilty to one charge, which was a lesser offense, and everything else was dropped. Which means no matter what the truth is, it is irrelevant becuase he was not convicted. And that is not a problem with CPS, that is a problem at the prosecutors.

bc the women were scared that if they refused goiving him sexual favors that he will make it difficult for them to get their kids back if there was a chance at that time.

wasnt he the one who also was on the parson's case? I dont really know the whole story and im not accusing this person of anything but the name sounds familiar. so was he the one giving the parson chic drugs? if so yes this person needs prison time as well and should also be charged in devins death if he was contributing to that home when he was suppose to be protecting them children. I maybe wrong and if i am i will be the first to say im sorry but I havent heard his name before until this post but i know that it was a male cps officer in the parsons case and i had a friend in jail with her that said that parsons admitted that cps had a case on her but nothing ever really came of it because she was nice to the case worker.

i guess after the devin parsons case they pretty much abuse their power now, any little thing even if its not bad they are taking kids left and right and looking for foster parents. I figured he had a choice to either quit and lose his unemployment, or have files pressed against him. Big boy is probably the only job he is able to have.
