chips and salsa are only 3.95. If you cant afford the extra $4 and need coupons maybe you should just be cooking a family dinner. Makes more sense too me...

Don't take it the wrong way I have no problems with their prices, I would just like to be able to use a coupon and save some money sometimes, and have you ever been there on a really busy night? sometimes I just want carryout, and all of the other Mexican places give you free chips and salsa and I don't know why they don't there profits are actually higher on carryouts cause they save labor costs !!

They are really nice people. I wonder if you asked if maybe they gave it upon request. Just a thought.

Sorry Tony, but you are still complaining about why you are not getting "free" stuff like those that dine in. Shouldn't these questions be directed at the owners or management of the establishment?
If anyone here gives you and answer you're going to come back with another complaint or your version of why that shouldn't be that way. You're at the wrong place to get answers.

I agree with tony. Why should you pay for chips when they set basket after basket on your table. It would be a nice gesture to include it complimentary

Looks like you should take some English lessons from those "beaners". I worked at Acapulco as a server, and I've worked in American places as a server. Let me tell you, I'd be more worried about what's in your American food! And the "big", or I'm assumming "bug", prolly fell out of your hair or clothes. I'm sure they are not missing your business!! Ignorant redneck learn to spell a few words so you don't look like a complete moron to everyone on the Internet!!

When you dine in, chips and salsa are provided to give the customer something to eat while waiting for their meal. When you order takeout, you pickup your meal, and there is no waiting at a table while it is being cooked and prepared.

You can order chips and salsa for takeout.

I think it is great they offer free chips and salsa for people at the tables waiting for their food. Other places offer free peanuts and other stuff for their dine in customers.

If you want free chips and salsa, dine in. Otherwise order and pay for them.

Would it make you happy if they charged everyone for chips and salsa like it is an appetizer? That was it would be more fair in the minds of the takeout people. LOL

Its their restaurant and money, so it is their decision. Like someone else says, if you want to know their opinions, ask them at the restaurant.

I think it is one of the best restaurants in Greensburg. Never had a bad experience and the food has always been good.

Acapulco has good food, but they are very honest people not reporting their sales to the IRS, inflating the bills on unsuspecting people and so on, I would like to see them try it on me ... Im sure they are still watching the one in Batesville.

El reparo is good very good, but NO you shouldn't have to pay for chips and salsa on takeout or dine in this is absurd, they are the lone ranger when it comes to this in this area, Take out is no different than dine in, its more profitable because it requires less labor, believe me I think I will take it up with the owners, I believe they make enough profit where they could do free chips and salsa with carryout!!!

Thanks for clearing that up though, You are the only one on here that explained it very good, I thought they were just too cheap to give takeout people free chips and salsa, but now I guess I know

Maybe you should just dine in like everyone is saying. don't be a cheapo and if I can afford the extra 4 dollars I'm sure you can as well. I love their food I always flirt with the one hot mexican with the upper earring he has.
