No good place to go out. Walmart or Main Street market are the grocery spots. As far as eating out goes, El Reparo is great.

we got drug dealers, lots of drunks, violent drunks and druggies at that, and now bank robbers.....my house was almost broken into if it was for my dog barking at the door. this is not the town to live in, im currently looking for a better place to live, more like the country where ill be able to relax better, and have a better look at the night sky, and relax at night not having to worry about someone breaking in.

Every town has their good and bad. Just have to be selective of who you surround yourself with.

I get my meat at Harvest SuperMarket or MainStreet Market. The rest I get at WalMart. Check them out to.

How do we take back our town? This was once a great place to live and raise a family. Now, I fear for our children.

Its not just Greensburg guys, its all over. Between meth, heroin and the recession, its hit small towns hard. Just a few years ago I never worried about locking the doors or leaving keys in a car. Now you just dont know. We just know that the long commute to Honda is killing him. He loses 3hrs a day and over $500 a month on gas just getting to work. After 4-5 months of looking we finally found a really nice place and are looking forward to the move. We also have a very good, well trained guard dog. Thanks for the recommendations on where to shop and eat out, see you all around.

Having a gun or 3 doesn't hurt either. I never leave home or stay home for that matter without 1. This town used to amazing and with a lot of cleaning by the boys in blue or brown it could be again

First off I would like to say that people on this site, actually many people in this town make Greensburg sound a lot worse than what my experience has shown.
As far as grocery shopping there are not a lot of choices but I would also like to point out we have another meat locker, Huber's on Ireland Street which is pretty good and has been in business for many years. Another good restaurant is Adamos on Lincoln Street.

I despise Adamo's it's a filthy establishment and there is a young man working there that I found to be rude and didn't wash his hands
