I like everyone at the verizon here in greensburg. Maybe its the rude customers that go in there. The employees there always go out of their way to try to help.

They aren't rude and go out of their way to help? By breaking the charging port in someones phone and telling the customer they cant help them? Then failing to help another customer with battery and charger issues? Yeah if that's going out of their way to help i think ill avoid at all times.

Do you think we can waive our magic wands and instantly fix every single person's phone? We try our best to make sure everyone leaves happy. We go over every single possible option with every customer. As for blaming us for breaking a charging port when you probably came in for that same problem, thats low. We can only do so much for a person who breaks their phone and has no insurance and no upgrade. I cant just give you new phone. I will be glad to go over any and all options with you. Don't trash talk my store just because you dont like our answers. For every rude and angry customer that hates us, I have 50 that wouldn't go anywhere else. If you seriously have a problem, I can help you the best I can and am more than willing to do so. Just come and talk to the big red head guy. I'm Sean.

Unfortunately it is IMPOSSIBLE to make everyone happy. The retail world has given consumers the mindset that "the customer is always right." Unfortunately their are consumers who exploit this to try and get their way despite how outrageous the demands are. These same people are the reason WalMart, a retail giant, has started denying returns and limiting others. Having worked in retail for over 12yrs I have always strived to provide a positive customer experience and I will be the first to admit this is not always possible. If you had a poor experience then go back and ask to talk to the Manager and if that does not resolve your issue then ask for the RM contact info.

Its funny considering how many times you people have told us you couldn't help us, then when we are told to go to you guys for a sim card we get there and are told oh we cant help with that cuz we arent really a verizon store yeah i think ill take my business some place else that actually does help their customers. And the guy who came in for a battery monday but wasnt helped. Nice try on blaming shit on the customer when there was 2 people that watched the guy take a screw driver to the charging port. Hints what broke it.

The gentleman that came in was having problems getting his phone to take a charge. When our sales expert looked at the phone, they noticed that one of the charging prongs was bent. They used a fine point flat head to try and straighten the bent prong. We do this quite a bit. This tends to be a common issue with the micro usb port. As for the sim card. We have have these in store. These do cost our company money. Corporate verizon does not furnish these to us. We pay for them. So with this being said, why would we just give these away to be used with a phone that we're not selling out. These are free for customers doing an upgrade or new activation and only small cost to those customers who just need to pick one up to activate a phone themselves. It's the customer care rep who is at fault for telling you that you can just come and get one here for free. They are not entitled to give away our inventory.

First of all it wasnt a guy with the charging problem it was a woman, and secondly the card was for an upgrade that verizon customer service told us to get from you. Like i said you guys have completely lost mine and my familys business. We will go where people arent rude and actually help instead of saying they cant

Like I said, the phone was not purchased at our store. People like you make smile. You want to buy everything online and not spend a dollar in our store. You want to come in everytime you have an issue and we're happy to help but complain if dont get the answer youre looking for. You want us to give everything to you for free. Lady or Gentleman, i'm in this line of work to make MONEY! SORRY if we CAN'T give you everything for free. You spent no money in my store but you want free stuff and you want it now. Guess who pays for that. We do.
