2? 2 streets? Ohio doesn't usually have better roads, but they do now! These streets are horrible!

The city has perhaps the most incompetent people in charge of the city work crews that I have ever seen...and I have traveled across the country. Take notice when the city resurfaces a street and how they place their manhole covers...they are sunken in the surface about 3 or more inches. These are what I call ?man-made" potholes! Of course, those in power state they need to be recessed that way in order for the plows not to hit them. I guess Jamestown, NY is the only place that has plows! Funny, I seem to travel to Buffalo, Rochester, and across the Northeast without having to dodge a single manhole cover. Great job city crews.

Please don't blame us, we only take our orders form those who were given the powers to make that decision, that being city hall and the appointees below.

Oh no LABORER, I am not pointing my finger at you. Coming east on 90? The definition of rough road is 86 off 90 to Chautauqua exit--whoa--welcome to new york! We (I) do not blamw the workers. Jamestown is terrible with manhole covers, too. Do you think they'd pay for a new front end alignment on my car? whew, it's terrible! Want visitors Jamestown? FIX YOUR STREETS!

Laborer...of course I don't blame you, that's why I said those in "power." It is sad when one has to memorize where all the manhole covers are in order to dodge them! In some parts of the city it is actually almost painful to drive on that route. Laborer you might want to let your boss know there are collars made that can be placed around the manholes to raise the level of them in case they did decide to fix some of the worst ones. The metal collar will allow the road material (blacktop) to be brought up to a higher level without covering the manhole.

The covers are actually the sewer departments responsibility. The DPW (roads) must have the sewer guys come in and do that. Atleast, that's what the County does.

Has anyone gone to the Ironstone since Roberto's took over? Just wondering what the menu is and how the food was.
