The arrest of Patty Donovan for stalking Jerry Seal was posted on a blog recently.

The case number for the restraining order Cathy Cmelo got on Patty Donovan regarding harassment is:
Kewaunee County Circuit Court
Case No. 09-CV-221
April 19, 2010

And Court of Appeals
District III
Case No. 2010AP001672

I think Judge Garfunkel, or any judge Patty faces, will find those cases very helpful in determining Patty's pattern of behavior.

And I quote......

"The harassment by Ms. Donovan spanned months, and was often multiple times per day. Ms. Donovan posted to internet chatrooms slanderous information
regarding Ms. Cmelo in an attempt to intimidate and harass her.

Ms. Donovan escalated her behaviors to making defamatory calls to Ms. Cmelo's local law enforcement, as well as sending emails to third parties regarding Ms. Cmelo.
Secondly, the traditional notions of fair play and substantial justice are not violated by holding personal jurisdiction over Ms. Donovan. Ms. Donovan
directed her actions at Ms. Cmelo, to impact her in the state of Wisconsin.

Further, Ms. Donovan contacted third parties directly in the forum state. The intent of Ms. Donovan's actions were to intimidate and harass Ms. Cmelo in the state of Wisconsin."

CONCLUSION

The trial court did not err in granting Ms. Cmelo a harassment injunction against Ms. Donovan. Further, Ms. Donovan availed herself to Wisconsin law when she requested the de novo hearing and personally participated in said hearing.

Ms. Donovan has engaged in repeated harassing behaviors, that have continued to cause Ms. Cmelo great distress. Ms. Cmelo respectfully request that
this Court affirm the ruling of the trial court and allow the Harassment Injunction to stand.
Dated this .5 day of January, 2011.

Look at the date. She went from harassing one victim to the next, without a pause.

Stalking and harassment is her entire existence

Cathy Cmelo filed a petition for temporary restraining order and injunction against Donovan on November 11, 2009. Cmelo and Donovan were acquainted through an Internet chat room, but had never met in person. Cmelo is a Wisconsin resident, and Donovan resides in New Hampshire.

Cmelo's petition alleged Donovan harassed and threatened her through chat room postings. Cmelo also alleged Donovan posted personal information about Cmelo on the Internet and falsely reported to police that Cmelo was harassing Donovan's relatives.

The court commissioner granted a temporary restraining order and scheduled an injunction hearing. The temporary restraining order and hearing notice were personally served on Donovan at her residence. Donovan failed to appear at the hearing, and the commissioner entered a four-year injunction prohibiting her from harassing Cmelo.

And in the end:

Patty was very upset about losing her appeal so she did what has become her signature "poor sport Patty" action: She made blogs on the Algoma Wisconsin Topix trashing Judge William Wolske and Cmelo's attorney, Heather Reinke.

The same thing she did to a coupld of NH judges and Chief Giammarino.

Pattern of behavior.

Combine this blog with the nasty shiznit Patty made recently and it's a slam dunk for Jenny. Patty is most certainly in contempt AND her ongoing pattern of behavior warrants a stiff penalty.

This isn't the first time Patty tried to use logs as evidence that someone violated a court restraining order, so it won't be a first time that a judge tells her she is wrong:

Donovan v Whalen 2007

While at least some of Donovan's claims about Whalen's behavior are likely true (among other things, logs of various chat room conversations reveal that neither party has distinguished herself as being either particularly civil or courteous), they are, in the context of the pending motion for fees, NOT OF SIGNIFICANT WEIGHT. NOR IS DONOVAN'S CLAIM THAT, BY HARASSING DONOVAN IN VARIOUS INTERNET CHAT ROOMS, WHALEN (ALLEGEDLY) VIOLATED THE TERMS OF A STATE-ISSUED RESTRAINING ORDER.

Yes file it. The judge will absolutely be interested in reading these and the rulings other judges have made against you for the same obsessive, abusive, harassing behavior.
If I was Ray or Jenny, I'd certainly print out the Wisconsin matter in its entirety.

P.S. It's obvious that Desire and Jenny had nothing to do with this blog.....the content and information originated from the parties involved in the case and Katie posted what had been sent from Cmelo, Donovan and/or Whalen. Desire and Jenny had no idea until they read it on Topix. :)

It's hard to argue with the truth and everything posted on here is the truth. Pattys pattern of behavior points to one direction only. GUILTY

Actually Patty, YOU have to prove they are Desire or Jenny. They don't have to do anything until you can prove it and the Judge agrees.
