A 9-year-old boy who took his parents' car led officers on a low-speed chase Saturday night, police said.

When I saw the news bit on the back side of the weekend, I wasn't paying that much attention. SAw a followup yesterday. LIttle dude has to go to counseling. I'd say!

I had first seen this on national news. I hadn't realized this happened in "my neck o'the woods" --sorta.
