Greeneville citizens should be so proud to know they are the hometown to the idiot harassing and filming police officers and post offices in surrounding towns. The shame of the story is the freeloading trouble maker looking for a lawsuit and free money might want to get a job and get off government assistance. Some folks should go back to their native land if they think the US of A law enforcement and other government agencies are so bad assed. Everyone has your name.

As long as you do not interfere with the police officer(s) you have every right to..and should film them especially if they pull you over. Just turn the phone on record while being respectful. In certain instances such as if you are a young male, driving a beater, look poor, or black you should most certainly film the event. I wish I had had the technology back when..as a young man the cops would pull me over as they were first class A holes AND..you were guilty until proven otherwise. Filming should not be done to antagonize or to purposely push their buttons..I mean after all they do have a dangerous job to do and pulling the hair on their balls doesnt help. Otherwise that being said I respect the job but rarely respect the man with the badge as it seems the job goes to their head rather quickly.

What you say sounds reasonable to me.

But it is easy to think those things when you are typing in the comfort of your trailer.

When you are out in the real world being accosted by Officer Bubba first hand, a different set of rules apply. In other words, the only Law that matters is you do what the officer says, numbnuts.

When an unarmed black guy gets shot in the back 15 times by cops, white people never hold the cops responsible, white people always put the blame on the victim, white people always ask, "Why didn't you follow directions? Why didn't you do what you were told? It's pretty simple".

Well, if that logical applies to the black guy then it obviously applies to you and me as well.

Officer Bubba will always say shut the camera off. Always.

So why don't you do what you are told? If the Officer says to shut the camera off, why don't you respect that?

And if you make a move to pull out a camera, or if you refuse to put down the camera, our society has already made the affirmation that, if an officer shoots and kills you because they claim he was in fear of his life, then the blame will always be on you for not following the directions of police.

It all comes together now..youre either a want to be cop who cant pass the 10 minimum requirement pushups to get the job, a former cop who was on the job for 3 months and got fired for wacking off while watching the children in a school zone, a fat holster sniffing constable, or..my guess..just too fkg stupid to have any kind of employment. Which is why youre on here 24/7. Sounds about right eh?

The Morristown police did video him...and he's also on the Greene County courthouse security videos. I don't know his name but he's left-handed - I watched him sign some docs at the Morristown hall on one of his vids.

He's just another douchbag looking for some attention. I suggest that anyone who sees him take out your phone and video him him for a minute or two.

It's really only a matter of time until he places his camera in the wrong persons face. It truly telling that he doesn't want his visage filmed. It's only a matter of time.

I watched the video and was left scratching my head.
I'm all for the constitutional rights but also recognize how law enforcement could misconstrue his actions as surveillance and reconnaissance to facilitate yet another escape.
He's a far cry from the constitutional warrior he thinks he is.
What will happen is some off-duty officer will take his camera, stomp his a$$, and not think twice about it.

Standing outside a courthouse, jail, police station videoing back and forth, up and down, every which way possible until you get a security person's attention is legal but not called for. Law enforcement, especially during slow times, deserves a break from the pea-brained attention seekers.

And by the way, these scumbag video junkies post the names and addresses of the law enforcement people once they get their names and badge numbers.

If you ever see someone (in the comment section) on these videos start posting the names - please report them to Youtube - it is harrassment and defintely breaks a Youtube terms of service code.

I have reported 2 people and they had their stuff deleted within 48 hours.
