Don't know about others... We're not in tn any more .. Need to sell ASAP. Home is empty and in move in condition

the real estate sales book in the area has this as a double wide with 2001 sq ft and listed for 94,900. I dont think this is deal at all. I wish you the best of luck trying to sell it.

Don't have to be a deal to you .. And it is a miss print on the sq footage.. Also it is set up on a foundation and DEEDED as a home!

misprint or not...that is what is publiched in the book. Also a permanent foundation is considered on a manufactured home to be "attached to the real estated using the manufacturer's recommended rules and specifications". That normally means block piers and metal tie down straps. The block skirting that is around the said double wide has no load bearing weight on it and is just for looks.

And i dont think the real estate agent you have said property with is gonna mess up intentally. So I believe that I willbelieve what the agent has published over you anyday.

you might own the home but i will believe the real estate agent over you anyday. the nice thing about commenting is it lets everyone else know what you didnt type. its a shame when your asking 5,000 more then the listing agent has it listed for. you appear to be someone trying to rip someone off by "failing to mention some details" that might matter to a potential investor/buyer.
