the real estate sales book in the area has this as a double wide with 2001 sq ft and listed for 94,900. I dont think this is deal at all. I wish you the best of luck trying to sell it.

Also a permanent foundation is considered on a manufactured home to be "attached to the real estated using the manufacturer's recommended rules and specifications". That normally means block piers and metal tie down straps. The block skirting that is around the said double wide has no load bearing weight on it and is just for looks. And i dont think the real estate agent you have said property with is gonna mess up intentally. So I believe that I willbelieve what the agent has published over you anyday. Good luck with your sale.
