There are some great Bluegrass guitar players around, as well as blues, etc.....Jim Foster on blues and Keith Williams on bluegrass accoustic...
Many past country and bluegrass pickers that are never heard of have lived here and played professionally....Jimmy Ball...etc.....Jackie Miller and so on

I agree. Some of these arrogant kids need to work on their skills instead of thinking that they are already rock stars. Humility and hard work goes a long way if they truly want a career in music. Sadly some are too stupid to realize that. They feel like the world owes them something.
