If this story is true, hire an attorney to sue him/the company & THEN call his wife to let her know that she's about to lose everything & why...

I've been around alot longer that I want to admit, but how did this conversation between these two get started on this suject? How's the weather, you want an extra $25? There had to be something going on beforehand, or this is a crock.

Maybe she was putting out than he decided to stop it, so this is her way of getting even.

Do what you got to do. After all money is much more important than your self respect and dignity. Do anything to get ahead that's the idea. Go for it, for sure!!!

First make it clear that you do not welcome his advances. If it continues
File a compliant with your bosses boss (keep a copy, preferably a copy with the signature of the supervisor to demonstrate that he/she in fact received the complaint. If the behavior still continues or if your boss or the company tries to retaliate then you will want file a complaint with the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission).
Below are links to the EEOC website, it provides information on sexual harassment as well as instructions on how to file a complaint.
http://www.eeoc.gov/laws/types/sexual_harassm...
http://www.eeoc.gov/employees/charge.cfm
I would suggest not contacting the wife, as that could cause potential issues later If litigation is pursued.
Good luck!!

It's called sexual harrassment and it happens all over the country.
Sometimes it can start with a touch on the arm, the progress to standing too close, the on to "accidental" brushing up against someone. The employee will generally xonvince themselves that thier boss is just super friendly, then they think that they dont want to rock the boat, an in some instances sadly, the employee begins to blame themselves. The longer it is tolerated the more extreme the behavior becomes. The violator will
generally seek out the more timid employee to harress, as the employees are even less likely to
report the behavior.
It takes a lot of courage to make a complaint.
