Boy it takes alot for people to rehash things OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. Call the other oncologist office in Greeneville, and ask about the Dr. who covered for him in June. That Dr. is also part of the investigation in Johnson City.
@News Link, learn how to spell the Drs name before you post.

@ Abby- Thank you for correcting my error in spelling Dr. A.K. SEN's name.

To what "other oncologists office in Greenevlle" are you referring? There are at last two others in Greeneville. I can think of Tennessee Cancer Specialists as well as McLeod Cancer and Blood Center. It is pubic knowlege that McLeod was under the same investigation and their office manager has already entered a guilty plea regarding the fraud.

Are you alledging that Dr. SEN had a doctor who was under the same public inestigation by the FDA covering for him as recently as June 2012?

As far as I know there are only two oncologist in Greeneville. McLeod Cancer and Blood Center is in Johnson City. Dr. Famoyin covered for Dr. Patel in June 2012 not Dr. Sen. My brother is a patient of Dr. Sen and Dr. Sen was in the office in June 2012.

You get dropped by your insurance and then can't get insurance unless you pay an astronomical amount. Do you have a thousand to twelve hundred to pay for insurance a month? Then it's limited. I don't smoke, do drugs, or drink alcohol.

Dr Famoyin and Dr Prinz knew nothing about the drug issue at McCloud cancer center.

didnt the plea deal provide testimony that they did? i think its a little hard for an owner of that business to be surprised about how they were able to purchase super expensive drugs for only pennies on the dollar. i'll give you a hint, they dont have double coupon day for this kind of stuff.

The doctors arent 'forced' to buy out of USA drugs. The doctors arent forced to buy any drugs at all. but to buy drugs that arent FDA approved is a federal crime and the doctors know it. the government is going after doctors that are linning there pockets off the backs of ppl that dont know any better.

i will buy store brand food. sometimes even discount store brand items. but there are some things you just dont buy from someone selling them out of a storage shed.

i like money and jewelry the same as the next girl but i wouldnt go about getting it in a way that would shame my mama. OR POSSIBLY HURT PEOPLE.

whether its love of money or just trying to do it on the cheap and pass the savings on to the little guy (yeah right), its against the law to give patients fake drugs.

http://www.fda.gov/downloads/Drugs/DrugSafety...

so excuse me, storage shed was incorrect term in this example. Black market drugs is closer to the mark.

please explain why wantiung to have a good salary and patients not having insurance makes this all OK?

You can't beat Knoxville Comprehensive Breast Center. Surgery, oncology all in one place. Dr . Daniel Ibach, oncolgist and Dr Dubrick surgeon... I will be cancer free 5 yrs tomorrow.. Best of luck.. My opinion get out of greeneville and go where they have the technology if you want the best chance of living.

i have had family members see both docs in greeneville. i perfer DR. SEN. i have seen both at work and see the difference in care. i have seen members of my family suffer due to having cancer. as far as un approved drugs. i'm sure the one that died would have done anything to try to beat her cancer. i have no problem in un approved FDA drugs. goverment makes money to approve the drug. as long as the drug is not fake. some people go to mexico and other places. cancer is terrible. do all you can do to beat it!!!

So let me get this straight: you are are OK with fake drugs because someone told you the government makes too much money on the FDA approved drugs? Frankly, I'm amazed you're getting such a great internet signal out there on the sixth planet of the Centari system. But you shouldn't believe what my fellow earthlings say about cancer drugs from Mexico.

I'm not sure you know what unapproved drugs are.

It's like buying a 3 lb lobster at the county fair for $4. Probably not a good idea:

1) at best, it's a dead lobster that hasn't been refrigerated.
2) at worst, it's not even lobster. probably lobster-flavored-cod

Only scheisters sell unapproved meds, and if they don't follow that law, what other rules are they breaking about shipping and handling of those chemicals?

Quit defending felons and thievery.
