I wished you pill heads would stop saying you've been clean for months.

You're doing suboxone, you're not clean. You just got off of one drug and on another and you're still messed up 24/7.

If suboxone isn't a drug then why are you all selling them, stealing them, trading sex for them and snorting them.
And these so called clinics that's helping you get better are just legal drug dealers. Those doctors are living it up on your misery. While your laying in ditches and lost everything you have, these doctors are vacating in Cancun with the profits they made off of you.

You clearly have no idea what your talking about all you have is a bitter opinion more then likely fueled by a bad personal experience. What your failing to realize is that Suboxone is just like pain medication you have those who need it & take it as prescribed & those who abuse it. I take 4mg of Suboxone once a day & it doesn't by any means get me high. It simply stops me from being sick & curbs my craving due to my addiction. I'm not making excuses for my problem. I take full responsibility for getting addicted & its without a doubt the biggest mistake of my life & trust me I live with the regret of my lack of better judgement everyday & I deserve to but with that said Suboxone has saved my life & my family. I guess all I'm trying to say is Suboxone does help if you use it right & don't abuse it & it's not for everyone it only works for those who truly have a desire to get clean & stay clean...

drug or not, since i have been on suboxone legally and take it as prescribed i have had no urges to rob, steal, or so illegal things to get my dope. So, i would say its a winner. You wouldnt have a problem with people on drugs if they werent doing illegal things to get them! Yup yup

Question. How are you paying for the doctor visit and the prescription for the suboxone?

I know several people on suboxone and they ain't got a job, they ain't got insurance and they ain't got no money.

I don't need to do research I experience it first hand everyday and it DOES take my cravings away...but if it makes you feel better then by all means continue pretending you know what your talking about...

Oh Clueless...I do know what I'm talking about. I am a health professional and I am well educated in addiction medicine. Suboxone is a receptor blocking agent and in no way does it take cravings away. The way you are able to function is because you still have dope in your body. You have replaced one drug for another. Just the same as if you were in methadone.

i cannot speak for everyone else, but i do know that suboxone is addictive which is why i take as prescribed and they puut u on a decreasing scale. Also, i happen to work a 40 plus hour a week job in which i was not able to hold down before i started suboxone. I also have my own place and pay bills on time. So, yes i do know some buy them off the street, however, my insurance actually pays for most of mine!

So you know all about Suboxone and how it makes me feel an how it helps me because wat you read a book! Get real! Ya know to be so smart (as you say) you sound awfully silly...With that said I'm not gonna waste anymore time arguing with you. I take it everyday & I know for a FACT how it effects me. Period! I don't have the time nor the patience to deal with simple minded people like you.

No, Clueless, I too was once on the mind altering drug Suboxone. And I'm not the one being simple minded...you are believing some crap that a MD is telling you to get your money or government money. That, my dear, is being simple minded. But, of course, you are on the dope Suboxone so you don't even have a clear mind as it is clouded by dope.

Forget picking up one habit for another, no matter what lame excuse you want to use, getting clean boils down to to 5 simple words, "just dont take another pill"..... simple as that......

@Just me: I'm gonna explain this one more time so read slowly... My outlook on Suboxone is not based upon opinion nor is it influenced by wat my doctor or anyone else has told me its based upon personal experience & considering I take it everyday I think I know for a FACT how it effects me. As for my head being cloudy as a result of Suboxone you honestly couldn't be more wrong. Now idk your particular experience or how much you were taking but my head hasn't been this clear in years. I was at my lowest point in life & tried for two years to quit cold Turkey & succeeded 3 times but always went back after a couple months then I got pregnant & tried once again to quit cold Turkey and as a result I miscarried which devastated my husband & I so he suggested I try Suboxone so we could try again for a baby so for the sake of my family I agreed. Since then I've got my life back I'm a better mother, wife, daughter & friend an just all around a better person but most importantly we now have a amazing beautiful happy healthy 8week old baby boy. Moral of the story is Rock bottom was the solid foundation in which I had to rebuild my life & I know in my heart that without Suboxone I wouldn't be able to say that today. Suboxone works for me & I'm sorry you don't agree...

No, bottom line is you traded one pill for another. Had you weened yourself off of them and been proud to say you are clean I'd give you props.
