If your legitimately disabled then I understand the frustration. If your capable of working then you should be working instead of depending on the government! Too many lazy ass people out here, expecting handouts! It's sickening.

I think it is funny that if you owe a single dollar in taxes, the IRS will track you down to the ends of the earth, relentlessly. One they catch you and get that dollar you owe, the Feds turn around and give two dollars to someone who didn't work for it.

Are you working ? If so good. If not you get a job and put old man taking care of kids and house, and make sure he does it correctly . If he's not your partner,
You need to help him be one.

If your old man won't work then replace his dead beat ass! It's not the kids fault by any means. When you had children, you accepted the responsibility to provide for them. Best of luck to you.

I totally agree with Awesome O.....too many freeloaders getting foodstamps. They should cut out all of this nonsense! Our government shouldn't be passing our EBT cards! Make sure the kids are fed and to h*ll with the rest of the deadweights. You would find out then who really is able to work.

let your sorry @ss ole man watch the kids and you get your fat @ss a job. if you were too sorry to support your kids you shouldnt be spreading your legs to get knocked up in the first place. as for you ole man, if he wont babysit then put his @ss out. i am fed up with people like you who expect the rest of us to feed your kids. youi say "it aint fair to starve your kids" but it isnt fair that i have to feed them either. you had them you feed them.

I work hard and my husband can't work and I get food stamps!! He has had 14 feet surgerys and does good to walk half the time but he stays home and takes care of our daughter! Not all of the people that get food stamps are dead beats and actually work hard for theirs to have food in the house!

I work very hard and my family depends on foodstamps to fill in the gaps my lousy paycheck leaves. I am by no means lazy. I work 40+ hours a week, I have two kids to raise all by myself, and I don't get any help with daycare, gas, utilities or anything but food. And we were barely scraping by with what they were giving us and now they're cutting it down even more. But I bet those people up on capitol hill will be sure to get their triple-digit haircuts and mani-pedi's anyways...

I work full time and I get food stamps. Lots of people work and still qualify for food stamps. It's embarrassing to use those cards knowing that you are being judged and that people assume you won't work. I'm a single mom. When I had my kids I was married and could afford to support them. Life happened and I am now in a bad situation. You shouldn't stereotype and judge others when you don't know their situation.

welcome to the real world, you shouldnt get help it is nobodys place to pay any of your bills or help pay them, what it boils down to is people should think twice before having kids, what if the child is born with something wrong, can i provide for the child, if no then dont have them, what if my spouse died or something went wrong and i ended in a divorce can i support my kids, if not dont have them , the problem with society is people think its always someone elses duty to help them when they have made bad choices or have problems, take personal responsibility and if you didnt get any help i bet you would work 10 times harder to overcome challengies in your life, all those that dont look for work because they are above working for less money would be working if the gov said no foodstamps starve. everyone seams to think Their problems are everyones problems, people have a sense of entitlement, have some self respect and do for yourself..........now get off you ass and go to work

Michael Jackson said it best " if you can't feed your baby, then don't have a baby"! It is your responsibility to provide safe and healthy environments for your children. Work multiple jobs if needed!

.... Before you judge other people maybe you all need to look at yourselfs and the comments about "won't" work and "can't" work are from 2 different people dumbass!! It's people like you and all the other negative people on here that make this world the way it is and horrible because they think they are better than everyone else! You know what when people have kids they don't know if their marriage is going to fail or not so don't judge them! Maybe they can't work more hours to feed their family!! People ammuse me anymore! You negative people are pathetic and when you all need help don't go to food stamps or to the government for help since it's so "HORRIBLE"!!

YOu think some of us on here didn't have a difficult life? Had kids but yet still managed to take care of them without the government feeding us? It's b.s. The government shouldn't be feeding ANYONE. So, keep telling yourselves you deserve your EBT cards and all the other "Free" sh&t that WE the taxpayers pay for. I'm sick of ya'll.. sick of all of you lazy azzes sitting home while I work. I've heard it time and time again.. let some tax payer like myself, who has worked and paid taxes all of their life fall on hard times and need a few months assistance.. you can't get it. Only the totally lazy shoddy people are able to manipulate the system and get the help. That is what pizzes the taxpayers off...Everyone that I see using their cards look as proud as he7l.. they think they are owed the help. It's b.s. WHen our government goes bankrupt, better figure out how you are going to feed those kids.
