No, that would not work. Too narrow of a customer base. One must have a larger customer base that would attract the industries in the area. You could do the scrub shop online like a swap 'n shop on a FaceBook page

Heres an idea a holiday swap. So for instance you buy ur kid a hallowen outfit, they wont wear it the next year so u can just take it to th e holiday consignment shop. Or at xmas u can swap trees, decor etc. even the fruit cake no one will eat. Prob not a big money maker though.

Someone briefly mentioned it on the first page, but there is not much room for a new business in Greeneville because the majority of the population do not have the disposable income to spend it on anything other than necessities.

Honestly though another fast food place would work if you have the capital to start it, though.

I'd say "ladies of the night" would do well here.

Don't open a store of any kind-too much money upfront and too much overhead every month. Most people buy stuff online these days, so stores are a bigger risk than ever. Sell something online; start with eBay. What are your talents? Skills? Maybe start doing a needed service. Ask around and see what is NEEDED, then fill the demand for it. You'll make money with your first job that way.

How about opening a book store or another (cheaper priced) fitness center.

I should open a book store. If only I had more time... I'd like to, if only for "hobby" purposes...
