Tattoos occasionally need touch ups due to healing issues, rubbing (like feet) or wear and tear. So yes, they can need them but it's not always. Most artists offer free touch ups within a certain period of time from receiving the tattoo. I've personally bumped mine on accident or let it get too dry and sometimes I haven't washed it as much as I should have. Things happen, it's part of life. But most artist guarantee their work, unbeknownst to some.

Paul Osborn at Out House tatto is GREAT. The shop is very clean. And the prices very resonable. I will be back to get more art work soon. They are soo polite and the girls in the front are sweet hearts.
