Why do people get on here to discuss what happened to someone who has passed away? Please let them R.I.P. and don't start gossiping about the person! If you can't say something nice, please stay off topix! Anyone agree?

I'm not sure it's all about talking bad about someone, it's more people want to understand why someone passes at a young age.

It makes them worry they will die too.

Post a link to his obituary ...
Otherwise I consider this bullshit
He passed this morning so there isn't an obituary yet, but he is gone, saw it with my own eyes. RIP Chuck, you will be missed by many.

How dare people get in here and do this! If you want to start Drama because you have nothing better to do then fine. But for THE LOVE OF GOD! he passed away only last night! Do not drag the death of a loved one into this cess pool they call topix. That should be automatically off limits. Show some damn respect. Chuck was like a family member to me and it infuriates me that it's been less than 24 hours before you start this shit. No, Chuck did not OD. He went peacefully in his sleep to be with his mother in Heaven. He was a wonderful man who make a positive impact on so many lives. He will be greatly missed by everyone who had the pleasure to know him. Prayers are with his family. Shame on all of you who think you can bash him and ruin his name before the family has even laid him to rest.

Chuck was a dear friend, as was his father. Sincerest condolences to the family. I agree that there is a beautiful new voice in heaven today. RIP Chuck.

If you knew him, you'd at least know how to spell his name.

I guess it's true that Chucks gone.
It's true that he could sing.
I'm regretting now that I procrastinated about calling him.
Black or white everybody loved the guy, he had a great persona and a smile that made you instantly like him.
That's the way he was back in the day anyway...

I've made many friends throughout my working career but Chuck was one of my top five favorites.
I hated the place where we worked but knowing I was not going to work with him any longer made it hard to leave...
Eventually I did though, he eventually left too..

Nothing matters now except the fact that he's gone.

If you don't have anything good to say just don't say it...

No matter what you might think , somewhere there are people that are hurting.

Somewhere there are people that were clinging to a hope that things would turn out fine in the end and everyone would just grow old together...

Obviously that isn't happening now or ever...

If you are happy he's gone just take satisfaction and move on, don't torment the heartbroken ones.

I'll miss him and I'm sure others will too.
I wish his immediate family the best.

Chuck was a fantastic man with many gifts, his voice being one of them. It sickens me to hear people talk trash about someone they probably didn't even really know. The greatest gift Chuck had in my opinion was the way he loved life and had the ability to make everyone feel good. Chuck had friends from every walk of life, every age group and every race. I pray his family finds peace and that Gods love and healing be with them as they go through this hard time in their lives. I pray people who have nothing better to do than hurt others will be shown how to show respect for this grieving family. Rest In Peace, Chuck! You were a special man and no doubt one of Gods!

Is his dad Henry that worked at MECO? If so my dad was real good friends with his dad for 20+ years. I spent a lot of time over at Henry's, Nom and Estella's. If Chuck was half the man Henry was then he was a great guy. Sorry I didn't get the chance to speak to Henry before he passed away.

He was always wearing a smile every time I saw him. Even on some of his worst days he always had positive things to say and worried about other peoples problems and tried to cheer them up. He will be sadly missed and prayers go out to the family.
