Time Running Out for David Hawk

Well, at 9am, David Hawk, accused of assaulting a woma, will be led into th courthouse to face Justice. Last chance to get your bets in.

For starters, there wasn't a single word in the newspaper about it today...so the press has been silenced

Also, they brought in an out of town DA, so as o release the local DA because that's an elected position and he wouldn't want the voters mad at him.

It's been extended all the way since march

Lastly, he is out on $500 bail

Do you know what would happen to anyone other than in Greene County and didn't have blackmail info on he officials. Everybody else would STILL BE BEHIND BARS.

He's gonna walk right out of the courthouse. And Greene County is So corrupt that you can attack women and kids .. WOW. Now there's some FAMILY VALUES for you.

He did not present a defense and was bound over to the grand jury, which will convene late November. This is not what happens to an innocent man.

So, we saw Democrat operative, Randi Nott, in the courtroom today. I wonder if this is her or if it is one of Yokley's tri-cities Democrat operatives, like Patrick Lilley?

I will be voting against David Hawk & my party, I hope others will consider this as well. A vote for Hawk, is vote for abuse. The republican party leadership should have taken care of this themselves. IMO

Hawks business is between him, his wife, grand jury and a judge.

Why don't you worry about the commissioners that's stealing our money, in the name of "property tax increase to help the children"?

Hawk hasn't done anything against me, but those commissioners have.

As a lifelong Republican, it makes me sick when Democrats wrongly try to cast alleged domestic battery as a GOP issue. And now a Republican is trying to deflect blame by trying to recast the alleged crime as a political attack? Classy. I stand by David Hawk. I'll vote on the issues and who will do what is right for Greene County. There is no way that I will vote a Democrat into office so he can go to Nashville and vote for liberal policies. I do not believe Hawk hit his wife. I believe his wife has issues, and that's a proven fact. Hawk has done a great job for Greene County the past 10 years. Come on Conservatives, we need to stick together this election!
