All I can say abt Dr Mcgill is awesome.... the first time I met him I had taken my child to the er, long story short, she had been hospitalized for 2 days and none of the drs that saw her could figure out what was wrong. On the 3rd day after many test ( one being a lengthy ultrasound of her stomach ) Dr Mcgill walked in our room as he was the pediatrician on call that day and he examined my child and the records and he noticed the curling of her toes when he touched her stomach area. When he noticed this he left the room and said he would be right back and within mins he had my child on the way to the children's hospital to do immediate surgery. He was very quick and very accurate I wish id met him on day one. 3 years later I gave birth to a beautiful lil blessing from god and in walked Dr Mcgill as the attending pediatrician and I was so pleased to see him and asked if he was accepting new patients at the time he told me no they weren't and I basically reminded him of the encounter with my other child and very quickly he recalled the event and even remembered the childs name and gladly took on the role of being our new childs Dr. We have been seeing Dr Mcgill at both offices for over a year and I have never seen any bad business going on. He and his nurses are truly amazing and you can tell he loves his profession. I also never knew he had any ownership of Italian Village, which happens to be my favorite pizza in greeneville. I guess we do learn something new each day even if it is from topix.
I am glad that he was able to bring relief to your daughter and comfort to your family. I am sure there are many families he has helped, mine just happened to be one he didn't. This is the reason I changed drs and will never support any of his endeavors. I wish you and your family Good luck and a happy ending.:)

Just when It starts to cross my mind that maybe I want to move back to greeneville, I read stuff like this. I think I'll just stay in Knoxville! As far as pizza goes, Greg's pizza in Johnson city and Big Ed's in oak ridge are the best around!!

Smart move I love to eat in JC and Knoxville ..I don't care to pay for a good meal but I hate paying for a bad one...GREENEVILLE SUCKS..

I'm really not impressed with it. The old joes Italian village was great, and had more of a menu. As for the doctor owner thing,I don't know, and don't care. To be honest,I miss Ella's.

If you thought the food at Ella's was good, you have issues. I like John and Ella, but the food there was simply awful.
