Lived here 10 years, Iris Festival never impressed me to begin with and has been going downhill every year since. More impressive for the number of craftsmen and merchants who NO longer come. Always was impressed with the carnivorous plant dealer, though.

Me either! I went last year and it was an absolute joke. Stayed about 30 minutes and was done.

I'm going but only to sign up for Takoma's free blood testing, the only thing there that interests me. Even the food is terrible no matter how good it smells or looks.
