Not bragging, truth is I look at least 10 to 15 years younger tham I am. I am tall, slim, great body, long hair and I tend to attract guys 10, even 20 years younger than me. Before it starts, I realize how I sound, but seriously, this is a problem for me. Is it ok to date that much younger? Do I even tell them how old I am? Does it really matter? I'm really lonely & I want to date but I've been out of that scene a long time. Have times changed?

Age is only a number in your head... I wouldn't get too caught up on the age difference... go for it. And, if you can get a guy 20 years younger than you.. my god.. you are my hero. (GRIN)

I guess it depends if you are over the age of 25? People might tend to take issue with you dating someone that much younger.

Where did I read (on here?) that if you divide your age by 2 and add 7, you get an acceptable age difference? So, say you're 40, by that logic, it's ok to date a 27 year old. That's a 13 year difference. But if you're 50, then 32 would be an 18 year difference. So the numbers widen as you get older? What's the general consensus?

By the above calculations, at 25 it's ok to date someone who is 19.5 years old. I think you're right. A 20 year old dating a 17 year old starts to get into the danger zone.

That's a dilemma? Hey,if it makes you happy then go for it. I'm single again after 15 years it feels very odd.

Agree, it does not matter...whatever makes you happy. It depends on how well you fit together. Just remember though that it takes longer for boys to mature lol!
